Returns
Orders are shipped within 24 hours if items are in our warehouse; otherwise they will ship from the manufacturer. Manufacturer shipping can take 7 - 15 business days. Refunds will be issued as a store credit 10 days after the order is returned in the same condition as it was shipped. Store credit is at the discretion of N-V-Us Fashions and Boutique and signs of wear of merchandise will negate credit. Email N-V-Us Fashions and Boutique to request a Return Label.
Please choose the correct size and color, as orders for incorrect size CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Most descriptions have a size guide. If it states true fit, choose your dress size..
