When do you ship orders?

Orders ship via USPS and will ship within 5-7 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships.

Orders may take longer if they are not in stock and require shipment from our manufacturers, which may take 7-15 business days.

How do you process refund?

Refunds will be issued as a store credit 10 days after the order is returned in the same condition as it was shipped. Store credit is at the discretion of N-V-Us Fashions and Boutique and signs of wear of merchandise will negate credit. Email N-V-Us Fashions and Boutique to request a Return Label.

What if I ordered a wrong size?

Please choose the correct size and color, as orders for incorrect size CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Most descriptions have a size guide. If it states true fit, choose your dress size.. There is no refund for differences in print details as this may change due to style, cut, etc. Sale items are non-refundable.
