Orders may take longer if they are not in stock and require shipment from our manufacturers, which may take 7-15 business days.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours if items are in our warehouse; otherwise they will ship from the manufacturer. Manufacturer shipping can take 7 - 15 business days. Refunds will be issued as a store credit 10 days after the order is returned in the same condition as it was shipped. Store credit is at the discretion of N-V-Us Fashions and Boutique and signs of wear of merchandise will negate credit. Email N-V-Us Fashions and Boutique to request a Return Label.

Please choose the correct size and color, as orders for incorrect size CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Most descriptions have a size guide. If it states true fit, choose your dress size.. There is no refund for differences in print details as this may change due to style, cut, etc. Sale items are non-refundable.”
